Application for Visa to IRAN

Please follow these steps to obtain your Visa to Iran:

1. Download "Form 1" (.doc file, ~47.5 KB) and fill out it. [if you do not know Persian language, leave persian fileds free].
2. Download "Form 2" (.doc file, ~25.0 KB) and fill out it [Do not refere this form to embassy or any other third party!]
3. Make a clear digital scan of your Passport [The page of passport containing your photo and personal information is needed].
4. Send all 3 document (Form 1, Form 2, and scan of passport) to the Congress secretariate (iced@endocrine.ac.ir).
5. Congress secretariate confirm receiving the dosuments within 48 hours via e-mail (If not,  please contact the secretariate).
6. Congress secretariate will send you back the invitation letter.
